Found a quality issue after unpacking the parcel:（1）If you inspected the parcel in front of the courier, please leave a note on the delivery receipt before signing or refusing the parcel.（2）Please keep the packaging (including the tape) if you did not inspect the parcel in front of the courier and found out that part of the product is missing or the product is damaged later. Also, you need to report the situation to your local post office within two days (follow the date and time on the tracking information provided by the logistics provider) after signing the parcel. Show the post office your order detail, parcel, and the photo of the actual product before contacting our online customer service team, we will help you request the compensation. If the product is damaged due to the transportation, please check the Buckydrop Logistics Compensation Standards for help. 2. Found a quality issue after using the product for a while:If the product is still covered by the warranty and you still have the proof of purchase along with the warranty card, you can authorize Buckydrop to contact the Chinese seller, and we will help you return/exchange the product.（1）Different retailers and manufacturers have their own ways of dealing with the products’ quality issues (check the policies listed on the warranty cards for details). Buckydrop cannot promise you that all your requirement will be fulfilled by the retailers or manufacturers, but we will try our best to make you satisfied.（2）Buckydrop will help you request the return/exchange service, however, you need to pay for the shipping cost occurred during the procedure by yourself. Buckydrop reserves the right of refusing to provide the service if the product is not qualified for the warranty. Please describe your question in detail, also, you need to provide the pictures of the received parcel and product when contacting the online customer service team. 3. We will not return/exchange the product under following circumstances: （1）Products with missing parts, changed appearances, or products that are swapped. （2）Products that are already unpacked/used, such as software packages, CDs, DVDs, and cassettes.（3）Products without the original proof of purchase. （4）If there is a problem with the product (missing products, damaged products, products with quality issues, etc.), please contact the customer service team within 72 hours after signing the package. We will not be able to help you if the time limit is exceeded.
