 II.&nbsp;Order Auto-Submission


 To speed up order fulfillment of your store, BuckyDrop has enabled store Order Auto-Submission in advance, with&nbsp;your Shopify/ WooCommerce store orders&nbsp;auto-synced to BuckyDrop.

 1. BuckyDrop will purchase per order. You can self-adjust the premium range:&nbsp;If you set&nbsp;a 10% premium range&nbsp;and&nbsp;the original purchase price is $10, we will purchase at the current purchase price of $11&nbsp;while not doing so at&nbsp;$12. The recommended premium range is 10%-15%;

 2. BuckyDrop also provides&nbsp;various value-added services, including quality inspection, packaging replacement, product video, etc. You can choose&nbsp;them as&nbsp;needed. Once selected, the value-added services will apply to all orders by default.

 III.&nbsp;Parcel Auto-Submission


 To speed up&nbsp;the delivery of your&nbsp;parcels, BuckyDrop has&nbsp;enabled Parcel&nbsp;Auto-Submission. Your parcels&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;BuckyDrop warehouse will be&nbsp;consolidated for shipment submission&nbsp;every 2 hours.

 1. For international delivery, we suggest that you set 3 priority shipping lines&nbsp;(modes of transportation) respectively per frequent destinations, or you can&nbsp;select&nbsp;lines&nbsp;recommended by BuckyDrop&nbsp;systems&nbsp;per destinations, delivery&nbsp;times,&nbsp;and freight&nbsp;(lines&nbsp;are recommended based on&nbsp;high stability,&nbsp;short delivery time,&nbsp;and high cost-competitiveness). If no&nbsp;lines&nbsp;are pre-selected,&nbsp;parcel delivery will be affected for subsequent orders.


 For&nbsp;items like&nbsp;clothes&nbsp;with the destination of&nbsp;North America (USA/Canada) or Europe (UK/France/Germany),&nbsp;the recommended shipping lines&nbsp;are Yuntu&nbsp;Express (Clothing), Hong Kong DHL,&nbsp;and Hong Kong UPS.

 Once selected, these 3 lines will be preferred by the&nbsp;system: BuckyDrop will auto-ship&nbsp;the parcel&nbsp;with&nbsp;the 1st line once an order is generated;&nbsp;if&nbsp;the 1st&nbsp;line is unavailable&nbsp;(due to delay/not applicable to the destination, etc.), the system will ship&nbsp;it with&nbsp;the 2nd&nbsp;line, and so on. If all the 3&nbsp;lines&nbsp;are unavailable, the system&nbsp;will proceed&nbsp;per “Your&nbsp;selected line is unavailable” (lowest freight/shortest&nbsp;delivery time&nbsp;/BuckyDrop agent operation).

 If parcels&nbsp;still&nbsp;cannot be sent&nbsp;successfully, you can check the reason via&nbsp;Parcels &gt; Abnormal Parcels and contact customer service for handling.

 2. To ensure&nbsp;a smooth&nbsp;customs clearance, you shall&nbsp;set the declared value as required. We&nbsp;suggest that&nbsp;you set&nbsp;the declared value&nbsp;as&nbsp;the total cost price of the items in the parcel&nbsp;*100%/exchange rate (the&nbsp;market exchange rate of USD&nbsp;to RMB on the day&nbsp;you register&nbsp;the&nbsp;BD account). When the declared value exceeds the&nbsp;line’s&nbsp;limit, you can submit the parcel&nbsp;by lowering the declared value to the limit&nbsp;(which may be verified by the customs)&nbsp;or submit it manually.

To keep&nbsp;the&nbsp;items&nbsp;from&nbsp;damage during delivery, you can select&nbsp;value-added&nbsp;parcel&nbsp;services per&nbsp;the&nbsp;product types and required&nbsp;packaging materials.&nbsp;We recommend&nbsp;the value-added packaging&nbsp;service&nbsp;of Bag&nbsp;Packaging or Carton Packaging&nbsp;used by most customers. This setting refers to&nbsp;a required value-added service, with&nbsp;a certain fee charged, which will be auto-deducted when&nbsp;submitting the parcel.

Product Selection, Settings, and Push Settings

You need to&nbsp;set shipping options&nbsp;in Shopify store&nbsp;admin. Here we walk you through&nbsp;the shipping settings&nbsp;in Shopify.&nbsp;mainly including setting shipping presets, setting delivery areas, setting shipping costs, and setting taxes and fees as needed. I.&nbsp;Shipping profilesA shipping profile is a set of shipping rules for specific products and locations. You can use the default general shipping profile for all your products or create custom shipping profiles for specific products.<img src="https://support-cdn.buckydrop.com/root_5bf4fd1072e7cecc5438ac1f88b912bf/my-images/2023/03/20/16792970667921.png"/>Each Shopify store comes with a general shipping profile by default. If you want to have the same shipping rates for all your products, then the general profile might be sufficient for your store&#39;s shipping setup.  You can add the shipping class for heavy or special&nbsp;products&nbsp;(e.g., fragile&nbsp;items,&nbsp;liquids): Click Edit in the product&nbsp;list and&nbsp;then&nbsp;select the&nbsp;shipping class via&nbsp;Edit Product &gt; Product&nbsp;Data&nbsp;&gt; Variable&nbsp;Product&nbsp;to set&nbsp;the freight for&nbsp;a single product. For example, choose&nbsp;the shipping class &quot;Broken&quot; for glasses products, and no need to choose it&nbsp;for&nbsp;non-special products.

 II. Shipping Zone


 Set the shipping zone for&nbsp;products in your store. You can set it per&nbsp;global sales regions&nbsp;like&nbsp;Europe, Australia, North America, etc. Meanwhile, we suggest&nbsp;that you&nbsp;set remote areas separately.

 Set the&nbsp;shipping mode as&nbsp;free shipping&nbsp;or flat&nbsp;rate:


 Free shipping: Confirm the store’s free shipping policy (free shipping&nbsp;for store-generated&nbsp;parcels) by calculating the shipping&nbsp;cost of a single parcel&nbsp;per&nbsp;the&nbsp;store’s&nbsp;business type&nbsp;and the buying&nbsp;habits of the target customers,&nbsp;and you need&nbsp;to consider both the&nbsp;product’s&nbsp;shipping&nbsp;cost and the store’s profit margin. For example, your store mainly sells plus-size women&#39;s wear and accessories,&nbsp;and customers usually buy 3 pieces&nbsp;at a time. The shipping&nbsp;cost of a single parcel&nbsp;is about $18.31, a single product&nbsp;costs&nbsp;$4&nbsp;- $6, the order-based&nbsp;cost&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;warehousing&nbsp;cost&nbsp;and trading commission) incurred&nbsp;in BuckyDrop is $4.09&nbsp;- $4.45, and products in the store sell at $29 -&nbsp;$35.&nbsp;If you set the price for products with free shipping in the store at $79-$99, your store will reach a monthly profit margin of 50%.

 Flat rate: Set the fixed shipping rate of parcels, and you should pay attention to the tax status, i.e., if there is a tax exemption policy at the destination, e,g., parcels below $800 sent to the US are tax-free. The cost is the fixed shipping cost of the parcel, and the shipping class-based cost will incur for the added shipping class. If you set the cost at $15, the shipping cost of &quot;Broken&quot; is $20, and the price for the free-shipping product is $200, the customer needs to pay a freight of $35 if the order is below $200.


 Reminder: The two modes of shipping set above will conflict with each other when the order amount is over $200. You can go to Plugins &gt; Add Plugins &gt; Add &quot;WooCommerce Conditions Based Shipping&quot; to set shipping limits. If you want the freight calculated per the weight of parcels, you can add the plugin &quot;WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping&quot;.

 2. Submit Order


 How to submit order: Go to the Manual Order page -&gt; Select the order you want to submit -&gt; Select the services needed (e.g. Product Inspection, Product Photos, etc.).


 The system will decide whether BuckyDrop will purchase and ship the products to the warehouse for you, or you will ship the products to the warehouse by yourself, depending on the type of your order (shopping agent order / forwarding order).

 3. Submit Parcel


 After the products are stored in the warehouse, you can select the packaging material or other packaging services before submitting the parcel. Note: a maximum of 3 logistics lines can be selected.


 After the warehouse staff completes the packing and confirms the actual volume and weight of the parcel, the system will confirm the final logistics line according to the priority you have selected, and then automatically deduct the freight.

You can set the price using the following method: Before you import your products to your store please make sure that you have click the &quot;auto updating&quot; function in settings. When you edit the product information, three columns with price information will appear, just like in the picture below. You can also set up the price when the original product price is changed by the rules as the below picture shows, after you complete the setting, click save to complete your changes in this page. 4. &nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements for the Products to Be Shipped:We cannot ship cigarettes, liquors, drugs, and prohibited products for you. According to the air transportation requirements, food, liquid, powder, and gel must pass the safety examination, and we advise you not to ship such products. We can try to transport the products for you if the quantity is small (cosmetics with bottles smaller or equal 100ml and no more than 200ml per parcel), however, powder is strictly restricted and it cannot be shipped under any circumstances. CosmeticsMost cosmetics can be shipped, however, products that contain alcohol, such as nail polisher and perfume, cannot be shipped. Fragile ProductsCeramic products, glass products, and products with irregular shapes (rain wiper, car baffle, etc.) might be damaged during the shipping, please think twice before purchasing them. If the 30-day free storage period expires and you want to submit the parcel, the system will automatically calculate the number and amount of the storage space to be purchased based on the storage space of your product. Also, you need to report the situation to your local post office within two days (follow the date and time on the tracking information provided by the logistics provider) after signing the parcel. Show the post office your order detail, parcel, and the photo of the actual product before contacting our online customer service team, we will help you request the compensation. If the product is damaged due to the transportation, please check the Buckydrop Logistics Compensation Standards for help. 2. Found a quality issue after using the product for a while:If the product is still covered by the warranty and you still have the proof of purchase along with the warranty card, you can authorize Buckydrop to contact the Chinese seller, and we will help you return/exchange the product.（1）Different retailers and manufacturers have their own ways of dealing with the products’ quality issues (check the policies listed on the warranty cards for details). Buckydrop cannot promise you that all your requirement will be fulfilled by the retailers or manufacturers, but we will try our best to make you satisfied.（2）Buckydrop will help you request the return/exchange service, however, you need to pay for the shipping cost occurred during the procedure by yourself.
